My name is Renato Del Toro and I am the son of Mexican immigrants who came to this country for a better life. It is such an honor to be a first generation Mexican American having been the first person in my family to graduate from college, and the first person in my family to quit their job and risk opening up a business. It has been such a roller coaster but I wouldn’t trade it for anything in the world. I am currently 34 years old, graduated with a double bachelors degree from Dominican university and I love sports and I love training people and helping them reach their goals.
I was inspired to help others reach their fitness goals. I value health and wellness and I think it’s important for everyone to do the same. There is nothing scarier than going to the hospital fearing the worst, and I want to help and inspire as many people as I can to help turn their lives around for the better.
I have created a safe haven for my community. I enjoy seeing so many people working out, having fun and most importantly feeling comfortable and confident. Most big box gyms don’t offer a safe space like ours and I take pride in that.
People can support my work by supporting the gym in any way, shape or form. By simply liking my social media posts, sharing my content, joining the gym, buying merch or simply spreading what we do at the gym, and by telling their friends or family.
In order to access our space, Hybrid Strength Athletics, you will need to schedule an appointment ahead of time for a tour and hopefully sign up as well.
